Zach Murray’s journey was one that came to fruition via the dance floor. Having spent time in Ibiza many moons ago, his horizon began to widen through playing many of London’s most underground parties. From these humble beginnings he has built a well deserved reputation for himself, joining lineups for events such as Half Baked and Beeyou, as well as playing at arguably the city’s number one spot - Room 1 at fabric.

His sets lean heavily towards the darker shades of house, surfing the line between experimental and familiar grooves, usually accompanied with heavy chugging basslines. These rolling  and often electro tinged sets often mirror his own productions, some of which have been released on Voigtmann’s imprint Subsequent and Arcadia Sounds ‘Arcterix’ offshoot, in addition to various solo and collaborative works on Beeyou. The no nonsense music both played and created by this rising talent makes clear that his stamp is set to stand the test of time
